Recommendation:  By Mr.Lloyd R. Perera I think a better "reception facility" is required. when we arrived it took a while to figure out how we could talk to someone. then i stumbled on a little notice to "call the caretaker"! not good enough for the $120+ price tag!. I'm notr sure if there ... was a capability to have in-coming callers to leave messages. instructions should be available if so. if this feature is not avaialable, it should be!
