I think a better "Reception Facility" is required. When we arrived it took a while to figure out how we could talk to someone. Then i stumbled on a little notice to "call the caretaker"! Not good enough for the $120+ price tag! I'm notr sure if there was a capability to have in-coming callers to leave messages. Instructions should be available if so. If this feature is not avaialable, it should be!
