Courteous staff but poor facilities, they don't clean your room until you insist. Good and free internet facility.
Have kitchen but no meal or canteen service

This hotel is for the typical backpack young traveler not for families or seniors (we are seniors and still enjoyed it though). We wanted to visit Toronto not the hotel which we used just to sleep and to clean up. Very nice and clean bedroom but no microwave or refrigerator as it was supposed to be... and the TV wasn´t even working but... who cares! we wanted to see Toronto not hotel amenities. Good location near Subway and other city public transportation. Do not fear prior reviews about unsafe and ugly area. They are not true! Very friendly staff (college educated Mexicans!) and a self serve continental breakfast that will prepare you to go out to visit a marvelous city!... on a tight budget?... STAY THERE!

This hotel was very bare bones. There were no phones in the rooms.
There were few very amenities in the room. The hotel was in a bad area of town as well.
