good value for the money

It would be much better with my own toilet and shower, my calification would be great then.

Unlike in Paris, even, staff was not particularly helpful or friendly: we weren't advised in advance of the astronomical cost of long distance calls. The breakfast could have included real coffee, whole grain bread or cereal, fruit, and perhaps yogurt. As it was, there was very little food value. The breakfasts elsewhere on the continent, for example, were far superior. Room was noisy from the street. Taps dripped. Otherwise small, but comfortable and clean.

Good breakfast and friendly service. The location is perfect: just five minutes from Victoria train/Underground/coach station. The room was really small (there wasn't even enough space for a wardrobe, and so we had to keep all our clothes in our suitcase during our stay) and the bathroom was the tiniest I've ever seen, but, and this is much more important, it was absolutly clean. So I can't really complain. Apart maybe from the very thin walls. If the guest in the next room likes to stay up late and watch TV or talk on the phone, I strongly recommend the use of ear-plugs ;-)

there was no facilities for ice The photo on the web page was nothing like the room we got which was tiny.

Room is to small!

The hotel is very simple, the room and the bathroom are too small , it hasn't got lift , we had to go upstairs carrying our heavy luggage ,the reception is helpfull and polite and the breakfast is delicious but only that.

The breakfast room was small, crowded when a lot of guests had breakfast at same time.

Near many tourist attractions - in walking distance.

Very friendly staff, with good facitils and ambience, good services and value for money. Great location with a good front view of Victoria. Nice comfortable rooms, with cearn and comfortable beds. Good selection of channels on TV. Coffee and tea provided. Very good.
