I came for a business trip to K.L and this time i decided to try Doubletree by Hilton.I must say this Hotel made me so welcome and the personal excellent touch of service given by all the staff in the hotel was so wonderful.I brought my mother and sister along with me,from the time we arrive till the day we check-out i felt so so impress with the service given by the hotel. My personal thanks goes to Jay,Vani,Leen,Azam,Johan,Bili,Chef Azri and all your other staff i have encounter.Everyone was courteous and helpful.Breakfast was very Excellent at the Makan Kitchen,many variety of food. Very good location.A nice hotel to relax.Overroll an unforgettable experience i have shared at Doubletree,i look forward to come back again. Thank you.

We have stayed at this hotel before and always find it very convenient for the city. The hotel and staff are excellent so we always feel at home here. Plenty of choice of food outlets and shops within the hotel and basement. walking distance to KLCC and a short taxi ride to shopping malls.

Very accomodative staff, courteous. The location is a big + as it is at awalking distance to many important places. Being Vegetarian, planty of choice hotels aound the location

No sauna I requested a Swimming Pool or City view but I did not get either one.

if possible the hotel get the client email address and if they left something the hotel can contact us the light(on the table somewhere the internet line has a problem..cannot switch on)

The gym personnel were very unhelpful. I was not offered a towel or locker key when I asked to use the gym. The pool's flora need to be spruced up. Most of the plants were dying. The room light did not work and there were no newspaper provided. The Vision 4 shows were bad in transmission.

hotel was very good, a little expensive though. it was very comfortable and neat and clean!

The shuttle bus service should have more seats to accomodate more people. The radio was not working when I wanted to listen to the music.

Hotel need renovation

There is inconvenience for internet, need to pay.should be provide FOC.

The services were excellent in terms of quality and efficiency. House keeping deserves special mention. The officer in charge of Priority club also offered excellent support and assistance

The Conceirge Manager was rude and hostile. He assumed guests knows a lot of things and gave us the impression as if we are silly asking him questions;when actually his staff are more polite and showed great conduct. We were not talking to him even that he passed scrutinizing remarks! Room service was prompt and efficient.

it would be better if the hotel provide channel like cartoon network or disney cartoon or MTV.

check-in/out was very efficient.

i had booked on line but the front desk somehow didnt capture the info but the reservations officer quickly refered to the manager who promptly resolved the little hiccup, i was also stunned when i was asked for cash deposit for the amount of the whole stay at the hotel when in fact my credit card details could have been asked for instead, a bit more training would do the trick, otherwise my whole stay have been faultless. the room spacious enuf to accomodate an extra bed with space to spare, all the amenities were in very good working condition, the extras requested were attended to very promptly.

Very relaxing

The selection of food and quality of food are not as good as before. It is so different from my stay 2 years ago. The rooms needs to be refurbished- toilet seat is dirty; Bathtub not very clean; Face towel not provided; Furniture looks worn-out.
