Quite dissapointed with this arrangment. The toilet flush is not functioning well. As a result, we have to change room after that.

The staffs of the hotel were also not friendly.

The "Club Room" was closed continuously and on one night the staff opened it on our request. The staff gave us one drink and then disappeared. Generally our 2 (Club Esquire)rooms were in need of a refit. The carpets were dirty and worn. The fittings were old and tired. The fridge did not work and was not replaced for two days. Two light globes were faulty.
