Extra pillows and blankets are not available as well. My room was confirmed a queen-sized bed and on a non-smoking floor, but what I get is a 2 single bed, placed to look like a queen size bed and on a smoking floor. The extra bed is horrendous! Its a foam! Luckily breakfast is supplied for 3 adults.

Had room changed but damage had already been done. Bar service at hotel was good would have been better if tiger beer was chilled only visited once as beer was served warm. Visited hotel spa when we asked could we look in we were refused unless we paid first lady on reception was not very helpfull at all did not return. very basic
