The menu was very limited, especially in the Italian, and even then some of the meals were unavailable at the time that we were there (no steak!).

on arrival we were given keys to a room which had not been cleaned not a good start room was discusting beds not made used cups on dresser and toilet had been used. Had room changed but damage had already been done. Bar service at hotel was good would have been better if tiger beer was chilled only visited once as beer was served warm. Visited hotel spa when we asked could we look in we were refused unless we paid first lady on reception was not very helpfull at all did not return. very basic

As the hotel is full, we have to be transfered to lower floors. Quite dissapointed with this arrangment. The toilet flush is not functioning well. As a result, we have to change room after that.

I faced trouble with the concierge as they accidently lost my luggage and it took them a while to find it plus i had to come down and identify my luggage. The staffs of the hotel were also not friendly.

We were in Club Esquire rooms and received no service. The "Club Room" was closed continuously and on one night the staff opened it on our request. The staff gave us one drink and then disappeared. Generally our 2 (Club Esquire)rooms were in need of a refit. The carpets were dirty and worn. The fittings were old and tired. The fridge did not work and was not replaced for two days. Two light globes were faulty.

CUD HAVE BEEN BETTER IF MY ROOM WAS PROVIDED WITH BREAKFAST INCLUSIVE. EXCELLENT ROOM WITH EXCELLENT VIEW.MY FAMILY AND I LOVE IT.
