really great value for money accmodation rates. I would recommend it to leisure travellers on a budget

Overall, okay. Food wasn't that great too (room service). hotel didn't provide ice water or ice for that matter. Had to pay for it which was RM6/-. Would have been nice if it was complimentary.

Location convenient and checking out efficient. Spacious plenty of natural light and the walls soundproof.

The Lobby is small and seems crowded during the check-in/out time

The Bathtub (water flow out hole) does not work properly. Cannot be fix during my visit. Need to operate manually instead of using the knob.

Unhelpful reception staff. After loosing our voucher, they refused to let us access the internet to retrieve a copy. A helpful manager happened to come by and let us do that to speed up our check out. Else we could have been delayed much more.

I suggest that a life guard be imployeed as our children went swimming and there was no one to watch them and I do not know how to swim so that if anything happened I could help them. The room was good if only it was a bit bigger as we had a lot of laggages and they were big that they could not fit any place so we had to leave them on the floor which coused the place to be more craweded. I suggest a special place for laggages.

We appreciate if the room can be prepared much earlier as the ETA has given via internet during booking.

The staff were friendly, humurous and helpful. They were welcoming and there was a good atmosphere all the time. The room was spacious and had nice views, air conditioning, the bathroom was clean and had a strong shower.

The staff at the reception was rude and not helpful. However, our luggage was kept safely till we checked out from the room and took our flight in the evening. The carpets were dirty and needs to be replaced. The wall paper also required attention.

We were upgraded to a family suite. Probably so the hotel could have two rooms for non families, but it was great.

Room was great. It was annoying to have my iron and ironing board taken from the room. I had to call service one every time i needed to use my iron. Housekeeping even knocked on my door at 7.30 am to ask for the iron that i requested the previous night. I am sure the irons are not precious commodity and not gold plated. Customer service first!!!

I was refused check-in by the reception staff because I did not print out the confirmation note. Only after appealing, (about 3 times) with the staff that they reluctantly check their system to verify my booking. To add to my embarrassment, they were not at all polite and coming from a 4 star hotel, this level of hospitality is dissapointing! I requested for a king size bed but was given 2 single beds joined together, least that they can do is to give me a queen size bed

I really liked the people at the front desk since they were friendly and helpful. However, twice housekeeping woke me up in the morning to do cleaning when I was still in the room which was very annoying. I did not expect that in a four-star hotel. Also, they forgot to give me towels once.

When we booked the hotel, spa is one of the consideration. Dissappointed spa is closed for so long due to chinese new year. That should be mentioned when booking is made. Television program is not so good. Clearer picture hope to be found. The rest.. excel!

Towel provided was not good. The bath room was not clean enough on our first night stay.

A notice to ladies, they don't allow you into the Spa - it's for men only.

We came back to this hotel as was clean and near to where we shopped and ate.Would recomend for family as the breakfast was excelant and spacious rooms. Rooms and bathroom are a good size and very clean.We asked for non smoking but could smell the stale smoke in the hallway.We had to ask both for bath towels each stay at the hotel.Price was reasnable as was the location near the shopping district.Staff very helpful.

The front counter officer are rude. Very bad services rendered, I will NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. The room carpet are stained and dirty which gives out a bad odour.

Bath and hand towels are not supplied for 3 persons who is staying in room. Extra pillows and blankets are not available as well. My room was confirmed a queen-sized bed and on a non-smoking floor, but what I get is a 2 single bed, placed to look like a queen size bed and on a smoking floor. The extra bed is horrendous! Its a foam! Luckily breakfast is supplied for 3 adults.
