We found all the hotel staff excellent and very helpful. Both my wife and I both made the same comment. Well done. Disappointed with cost of car parking which at GBP25 a day for guests was very high. Could be a factor in determining whether we stayed again. Very pleased with suite. AC would have been pleasant as it was extremely hot in London during our stay. AC in public spaces very good
