The Divi Southwinds Beach Resort Barbados is located on the casual south coast of Barbados on Dover Beach along the St Lawrence Gap, a lively area known for dining, nightlife, and open-air shopping. Dover Beach is noted for beautiful wide, sandy beaches with easy currents perfect for families. The unique situation of "the Gap" - a cobbled street running neatly thru the resort, allows guests easy access to some of the island's best dining. The hotel is approximately 4 miles from the capital city of Bridgetown, and 6 miles from the airport.

When guest exit the Airport, take the A.B.C Highway until the fourth roundabout (approximately 8 miles), the Errol Barrow roundabout. Turn left and continue to the Ship Inn roundabout. Take a right turn onto Highway 7 and the hotel is approximately half a mile down on this road on the left.
