Other than that, the staff were courteous and the location and facilities great. The guest service staff were exceptionally courteous and efficient taking the effort to give me detailed directions to the places I wanted to go. Generally, the food served were good. The location was very convenient as it was practically a 5-min walk to the monorail station which brought us straight into Tomorrowland which my kids love. The hotel was also next to Disney Downtown where there were various shops and restaurants to patronise. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who has young kids in tow as it is very child-friendly and convenient. After a whole day of playing in the theme park, it was a relief for us, the parents, to just hop onto the monorail to bring us and the kids back to the hotel. No hassle of finding our car and driving. However, the hotel rate is a bit on the steep side. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its great location, facilities and staff if you are willing to pay a bit more for the convenience of the location. TIP: Expect great crowds at the theme parks during the peak Christmas and New Year holiday season.
