Would be good if the hotel serve halal food for muslim visitors.

Our last stay at Disney Hollywood Hotel was to celebrate my youngest son's 7th birthday. It was our third time in that hotel and our 3rd time to dine at the Disneyland Hotel with Mickey, Miney and the rest. As usual it was quite comfortable and with all the excitements the park offers for my kids and my wife except for some glitz which are i think unavoidable for a visitor who doesn't speak Chinese and a place that employed Chinese speaking crew who doesn't speak and understand English. Except for that difficulty in communicating we had a great time.

Our 4 Japanese family stayed one night at your hotel and we had a very nice time with my family and your hotel staffs.
The hotel location is very good to visit HK Disneyland.
Also your shuttle buses helped a lot to carry us to Disney or Hotel.
That was very convienient.
And the hotel fee was not a very expensive.
We colud afford it.

I recomend you would stay at Holly wood hotel and enjoy your life with your family and friends.

Enjoyed our stay in the hotel even if the room was a little small. Staff were mostly courteous and helpful. Has a lovely playroom for the kids - with crafts and colouring - good for night time and for an activity before heading to Disney.

Would recommend as a good option for proximity to Disneyland. Also has a great pool with a waterslide for some extra fun

I would really hope that there is a pick up bus from the airport for guest that is staying in the hotel. It will be so convenient and will make lots of guest happy too.

Hotel staffs are always very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, clean and well maintain. We had an upgrade to seaview category, a very nice and wonderful gesture.

Like what I said we enjoyed staying to your hotel. I like your rooms, my family and I enjoyed. I notice that your cleaner did not clean properly the room. Coz have some pubic hair on the bed and toilet.

It was great seeing the Disney characters around the hotel, what a great bonus. We loved all the Mickey Mouse toiletries and the complementary sleepers was a lovely touch.
