Like in my experience when I checked in and showed my internet booking, the girl told me to wait and she has to check if the internet rates are acceptable. Quite embarassing! And when I settled my bills, I told the staff that to settle all my bills because I will be leaving ahead of my check out date. She did.... and turned out that when I was in Bangkok my husband called me that I still have to settle two days more. I completely upset. I talked to the duty manager and informed her that the staff should be attentive and alert to the request of the guest. They should be trained further. The arrangement of the bed is too close to the TV... not much space to walk infront of it. The bed is small for a couple... so I asked my husband to sleep on the floor which he didn't mind because both of us was able to sleep well. And shocking to see a rat about 4 inches long.
