We had a great stay, staff very helpful, good location to transport and city/shopping. Hotel rooms are smaller than the studios, we got upgraded as booking online said we had bath facilities and hotel rooms don't so ended up with a studio room. Went to Barossa and came back and stayed another night, Good parking, and meals at the hotel were reasonably priced. Would definitely go back again.

troly service for the baggages need to be considered as the reception was away from the hotel. mini Bar facility would have enhanced the comfort of stay.

Very small and dim rooms. Short walk to main eateries in Gouger street which was a saviour. We asked for non-smoking and were giving a smoking room. My sister was ill for the entire night with hayfever and had an important race (track and field) the next day. We asked to be moved at 9am and when we got back at 2pm they had cleaned a new room for us but asked if we minded moving our own bags - as they hadn't yet. We did this and the new room was a bit better but had some crushed up pills on the bedside table? Obviously not wiped down. The bathrooms were nice and clean though.

The hotel was excellent and the staff were fabulous. We were extremely happy with the room.
