Short walk to main eateries in Gouger street which was a saviour. We asked for non-smoking and were giving a smoking room. My sister was ill for the entire night with hayfever and had an important race (track and field) the next day. We asked to be moved at 9am and when we got back at 2pm they had cleaned a new room for us but asked if we minded moving our own bags - as they hadn't yet. We did this and the new room was a bit better but had some crushed up pills on the bedside table? Obviously not wiped down. The bathrooms were nice and clean though.
