The staff were tremendously helpful,polite and fun,the location was within walking distance for our day at the chelsea flower show,and shopping along sloane st and harrods ,the breakfast was wonderful,the staff in the dining area were so helpful and on the ball,thankyou for a wonderful stay at the diplomat hotel we will be back.

I know London for more than 20 years and its always difficult to find a good value for money hotel in Belgravia or near Sloane Square/Chelsea. Many other affordable hotels closed during the years, that one is the perfect option to stay. A small, private hotel, a bit old fashioned rooms, but clean, friendly staff and a good breakfast. Single room i booked is truly small, double rooms are normal. Good value for money in the best area of London. Will go there again...

We were staying 3 people in single bed rooms. Very good value for money! The best asset is the location, if you are on shopping. Just 5 minutes walk to Sloan Street. Nice, tasty breakfast and wonderful beds. I will definitely stay at the Diplomat again.

The only complaint/problem was the hieght of the bathtub/shower. It could cause problems for people who are less agile.
