should have allowed more space for dinner - having a waiting list of 15 and half the floor space shut was not acceptable. When we did eat it was super! Insect infestation one evening; hundreds crawled in under the door, not good! No-ones fault, but if a regular problem then might do well to find a solution

We had meals in 2 of the hotel restaurants (Desert Gardens & Sails in the Desert) and service was slow in both. Value for money is poor compared to most hotels in Australia and level of quality is significantly lower compared to value for money. The hotel room was very basic and had no 'luxuries' compared to other hotels I have stayed in. At a minimum, room safes should have been available.
