Other than the swimming pool and a small playground there's nothing much for them to do. The absence of room service is also a let down. Not very family orientated but more for honeymooners. Should improve on this if it want to remains competitive.

THE LAST TIME I WENT,THE TOILET DRAINAGE WAS CHOKED,SERVICE WAS DONE,BUT BEFORE I LEFT IT WAS STILL SAME.

Most of them are in Japanese though. Generally, a nice resort with big pool and friendly staff. The housekeeping was a bit slow but I reckon it could be due to a shortage of manpower.

We took a drive to Sebana Cove and discovered their rates are far cheaper than Desaru Perdana and the hotel ambience is at least 4x better. The information given by Information Desk about sea sports does not synchronise with the sea sports activities. We were told that it was in operation but when we went there for the activities, we were told that they were not open for a week. I booked for a triple room but when checked in, the additional bed was not provided. Extra bed was only given late in the evening. The metal piece in flask was dirty (turned green - algae) so when the water was boiled, the water turned dirty.
