My parents' room had a very old unventilated smell but reception said we could not change room due to full reservation.

Fortunately, I was in the room and had double locked the door. Imagine if we were out. The security quality seems lacking. Was only offered apologies. Room was spacious, but the only disappointing part was the view. Could only see the pool partially.
