The counterstaff waste no time to checked us in immediately with their pleasant and attentative service. The coffee house attendants were always waiting on us to see to our need. The room lady will always make sure the room is sparkling clean and well stock with their replenished accessories when we arrived back from outside. The towel boys at the swimming pool often greeted us warmly with their friendly chat. What more can one expected at a luxurious hotel with a great price, nice landscape, overlooking the vast sea and most of all, their friendly staff always by and at your side to assist you readily. Will give u a 5 star rating. Highly recommended to all!!!

But service and the food in the restaurant very poor. We ordered a sirloin steak and it was very tough, probably it has been in the fridge for too long. Food is not value for money and is horrible. The room is nice. It is a garden view but to my surprise is also facing the sea. It is a very pleasant surprise.But in the middle of the night someone knock on our door but nobody around. That was scary otherwise it is a very nice room. But I on the whole I will go again but probably will not dine in the restaurant.

I have a very great holiday there. I love to share my photos, but all my photos more than 100KB.

I had arrived early but the reception staff was very helpful and i ended up with a room not much later :D.. Other staff were also polite and greet you whenever they can :) - Location is really great! just few hundred meters to the beach, really nice pool! and u can walk right from the pool, to the beach.. sandy beaches..*sigh - i ordered the chicken burger and smoothies for room servie.. really nice, grilled chicken patty.. price is standard hotel price tho.. -If wanting to eat out, go to Bandar Penawar for the usual gerai and restaurants.. U might want to checkout Telok Sepat for a fresh ketam goreng, right from the kuali! :D - The hotel also has cruises and packaged tours, very convenient.. Recommendations: - put the hotel's signboard after tol Kulai since thats nearest from the PLUS highway.. and more on the way, especially at the junctions.. :) -else, GOOGLEMAP really helps!
