The hotel room is spacious and big, the bed is comfy. More of a place to relax... sit or play by the beach, swim in the pool, sauna and table tennis. The fireflies trip booked with the hotel was enjoyable.

It is very well kept. However, the staff is not very good at directly us to the nearest and popular eating places around the hotel. The receptionist told us it would take us 10mins to walk to a eating place which she recommended. After walking for 30mins in the dark, we still could not see the eating place. We have to hire a cab to bring us there. I am sure she has mistaken the time between walking and taking a cab. Otherwise, it is an excellent place to stay and enjoy, especially the movie by the poolside.

Super fast check in. We were allowed to chk in at 11.30am as the room was ready. Food wise is a bit difficult to find and not nice. Great thing was the pasar malam...good food.

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. It is a great place to get away from the crowd as the wide expanse of the beach gives you plenty of privacy. At night, you can get to watch movies on a big screen near the pool - a great idea. If you drive there, you have the freedom to drive to nearby towns to try the local cuisine and great seafood.

Toilet and bath room are quite clean. hot water supply is sufficient. location of the hotel is very for from city area, it was very quiet. Can improve for receptionist performance and the activity planner presentation. Food is quite expensive Breakfast still have room to improve.
