Overall the Hotel was good and the staff were helpful and friendly. The room and the toilet looks wear down. It needs to be painted with nice soothing colours

the hotel's signboard does not located at good place, i & my friend's car almost miss the entrance and just pass through, will cause inconviniences to back turn the car or dangerous if emergency turn in or emergency break.

Pls consider the vegetarain, during the buffet dinner, vegetarains could not have any thing for them excepts cakes and fruits. except this everyhting is good Room is absolutely fine.

I had asked for a big bed but was given two single beds which had to be joined to form a big bed.

the service has got to be more efficient as the rooms arent cheap to come by. The room we were given had a good view but we were appalled by the state of the room. it was badly in need of a renovation. The flooring was badly stained. We were disappointed by the poor room service, we got our food only an hour after we ordered it.

The hotel structure is quite run down and the facilities/amenities available are quite limited.

Need maintenance! The place is falling apart! The steel-beams are rusted through. Pieces of wood-panel have fallen down because they are rotten. The place could be great if one put a little effort in. The place is worn down. For ex. our bathroom window was broken! Unacceptable.

Overall feel was a very sleepy atmosphere. There was hardly choice for dining, food was expensive and so-so. Staff at the hotel did not offer much help when we asked about some activities and nearby dining options. Impression was that Desaru was way past its heyday and there's really nothing to do there, that even the staff can't sell it to us. We had expected cable/satellite TV facilities.
