On arrival at 8pm, the first room we were given hadn't been cleaned and bed was unmade. Also the second room. Then the receptionist walked round a number of rooms before finding one which had been cleaned. The stairs were dirty and uncleaned all week. The bed was small, the room was tiny - no space to put cases without tripping over them.
