The hotel was in a very good location . . . Two metro stations right around the corner, about ten minutes to bastille. There was a small square with bakeries, caffés, mcdonald and all other stuff. It´s also about fifteen minutes from pére lachaise cemetery
... (there´s edith piaf´s grave etc. ).
hotel staff was really nice, always understanding and helpfull - we arrived to paris at about nine and the ckeck-in was at two o´clock - there was no problem with leaving our bags there. They took care of them, nothing was missing.
there is tv in the room with six french channels, clean towels evey day + the bathroom was cleaned too.
if you could choose a room, and want quiet room, book room that has windows to rue godefroy cavaignac no to rue charonne - rue charonne is really busy street.
we didn´t have breakfast there, so i can´t tell you what´s served, but there is this possibility.
i would definitely recommend this hotel to young people (couples especially), who want a hotel near centre for a really nice price.
