Convenient Hotel

I like this hotel because the staff are very courteous and friendly. They are very helpful as well. The hotel is in a convenient location and within walking distance to Paddington Station.

Perfect for my needs

Although the room was very small, my objectives didn't have me there for anything else but sleeping and showering.

The hotel was in an excellent location for tourism (very close to the park and the hop on-hop off tour bus line).

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was very pleased to be able to get the answers to my tourist questions.

Breakfast was fine, although I would have liked to have had the option of eggs.

All in all, I was very pleased with my experience at the hotel and in London.

Windows have a balcony that has easy access for an intruder. Possibly instal a safety clip enabling window to open 20 cms. for draught.

friendly staff, great continental breakfast, good location very close to Paddington Station (which takes you right to the airport) and underground trains. a small but comfortable and clean room
