You cannot beat this location in the heart of everything. Very corteous staff. Clean and with a really French ambiance. Would recommend it to my family and friends.

the best thing about this hotel is its location and friendly staff. The stairwells, lift, and room spaces are all very small. Nice foyer.

The staff were pleasant,courteous and extremely professional, thus adding to the desirability of this hotel. The bed, room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable.

IT would be nice if the room would have had BBC or CNN Theresa the receptionist was absolutely WONDERFUL !!

We wasn't told in advance that the lift was only between 1. and 4. floor. We got a room on 5. floor and I can't use my foot for the moment, so I think we should have been told. The bed was good, but short. There was no shelves or drawers for clothes. After some hours we got some more hangers - there was only three... The suitcase-shelve was loose and could not be moved. There was no list of phonenumbers to reception etc. No minibar or possibility to buy anything to drink (water etc.) The toilet did not work properly and when you used the bathtub, water came of in the bidet with a lot of nasty things in...
