Coke machine inopperable

We almost left ater check-in because of them. They are not a good way to greet guest. Get rid of the carpet walls...they are stained, smelly and a total put off. Your facility on 6th. Ave. had the same thing. It makes you not want to go further. When we checked in and had to go up the elevator, I was ready to go somewhere else. GET RID OF THE CARPET INT HE ELEVATORS. There wasn't a coffee maker in the room which almost every motel/hotel where we have stayed has had,no matter the place or cost. And altho you offered it in your lobby, it was gone by 9 a.m. Should offer it until at least 10am during holiday season
