It also had smelly carpet. I know Iam staying in a 2 star hotel, but even for that standard it was smelly. The hotel is going through renovations at the moment which are timley. Ifyou can spray some nice perfume around then you will be fine. It was in a good location on International drive with a supermarket and a selection of eating options within walking distance. Good value for the price.

Leave your car parked near your room, because you can walk to everything you will need during your conference or exhibition. It is about a 10 minute walk to all of the exhibit halls and meeting rooms. Besides the IHOP restaurant located on the property, there are a variety of restaurants within a 15 minute walk (e.g., Denny's, McDonalds, and Red Lobster are a 5 minute stroll). There is a large mini-mart close by that can provide all of your needs for sundries and snacks. The hotel has an unheated outdoor pool, but the other amenities are lacking, except that there is a wireless network for Internet access (however, the signal is variable and slow by most standards). The room decor is nothing to write home about, but the bed was comfortable, and the price is right for all of the convenience of this location.
