Our air conditioner broke down and we had to move rooms at 9:30 at night. Was very inconvienent. In our first room we had started a movie and then we had to move shortly after and the front desk staff told us we had to pay again to watch the same movie. This was unacceptable and after a very long conversation I asked the staff to contact the movie company to see if this can be done and his respnse was that he will try but he did it before and they said no. I waited for about 20 min and then got a call back and they said we could watch the movie without being charged again. Its frustrating to have to go through all this. I just wanted a cool room and the chance to watch a movie with my daughter. It all worked out in the end.

This hotel met our basic needs. We had a problem with the reservation, as we had reserved and paid for a 2 queen bed with fridge and poolside at least 6 weeks prior to our stay, but this was not available, only a 2 double bed room was available. We needed our original selection to be comfortable, as we also had our 23 year old son. Both my husband and son are over 6 feet tall, and need a bigger bed. No one slept well that night. However, we were reimbursed for half the cost of the room after I wrote a complaint. I would stay here again though as it was clean and quiet.

I found the days Inn staff very good and helpfull to

me being 64yrs and traveling on my own. there is a very good resturant at the hotel called the knottie pine.

There is a large shopping centre just across the road.
And bus stops allso across the road that takes you into the city of london ontorio.

Our stay at the Days Inn in London was very short. We used the accomodations for sleeping. I would and have recommended the Inn to others. I think if our stay was longer we would have used more of the amenities offered, such as the pool & restaurannt.
I am very pleased by the Saturday day desk attendant and the cleaning staff for finding my watch that I left in the room. Please pass on my thanks and gratitude for their quickness in responding to my needs.
