Hotel is not in a good location for beach etc BUT perfect for access to Souks and old Dubai- having lived in Rolla St for 4 years.Close to some good pubs and excellant Indian/Chinese /Lebanese restruants without the high prices of Jumeira area. I always go back to the area of AL Raffa,Mankool, Bur Dubai - areas expats of old use and not really known by brit tourists

Shower head was not working but was fixed as soon as we notified. However, it created some discomfort because I was all ready in the washroom to take shower. It took them few visits to the room before they could fix the problem. They should make sure everything is working before guest's arrival.

as a repeat customer, the hotel management should consider offering preferred rates. also the hotel should consider providing local transportation to the event venue for guest who attend events such as Gitex, etc. this will surely enhance the service level of the hotel.
