the hotel staff at Holiday Villas were very helpful. Our children thought Adam was great.
rooms were large, we had a 2 bedroom apartment room901 with fantastic views of the Petronas twin towers from our lounge & bedroom. Everything was within walking distance of the hotel. the one thing i didn't like was that our bedroom had 2 single beds pushed together instead of a queen bed. the kitchen could of been a little better equiped & i thought we might of had a toaster in the room, but it didn't really matter, the place was reasonably clean & bug free & very reasonably priced. it is standard, no frills but suited us as we wanted somewhere we could sleep 4 of us without having to put the kids in another apartment. the pool was lovely at the end of the day sitting there looking at the twin towers

As usual I had stay this hotel perviously and this is the 2nd time again we are staying here.One of the good hotel that I love value for money,only that they don't have a parking at B2 for people who are staying there and B1 parking have no lift to go up.Meaning that you park your car then walk up the stairs to take the lift then take the lift to the lobby,imagine when you have alot of luggage with you or have family memebers on wheelchair or elderly travelling too like my mum.

Room need to be spray with something as everytime I walk in smell of cupboard smell.Bit more effort in this should be alright.Overall the hotel could do better like changing the dusty big flower arrangement in the lobby that look ages,remove some of the stuffs in the lobby so the chairs actually people could sit not put decoration on it and not too over-decorated.

Still one of the good hotel but more effort could be done!!

the service for room make up and operator were bad.
on the second morning,after room make up,the staff took away all the used towels,and until 3pm,still no towel get into my room
i called the room make up service for many times,no one answer the phone,till i tried about 10 times,someone got the phone,told me will be done soon,but the towel actually came after the 1 hour.
and the staff who passed me towel had a very bad face espression,and even asked me,how many towel do you have now in your room,becoz she did not want to give me extra towel.
i brought 2 children,a baby,was that so bad to give me more towel?
and for room cleanliness,the first day they mop the floor,but the second day the staff just swept the floor without moping.
my family's foot were dirty and black after walking around in the room simen floor,becoz dust were on the floor and the room make up did not clean it(i dont wear shoes in room)
and the worst,the basin was broken somewhere,i ask the staff,they just come and had a look,and told me,just endure and ignore the part,or i can use my hand to push the part that was actually automatic but broken at the moment
the shower water sometimes hot till hurt,but sometimes cold
the pool scene was good,can see twin tower,room view also good
kitchen equitment also poor,the knife cant even to cut a carrot becoz not sharpened for long time.i ask them to change for me,and all changes were same,the staff told me,all knives were not sharpened,so they cant help

My impression towards the hotel was very good. Room is spacious, clean, comfortable and value for money.
However, the lobby is too small.
Reception Staff should smile more ...
Overall, I would definitely come back and will not hesitate to recommend this hotel to other friends or family !!

Just one thing made me unhappy - huge telephone bill for calls I didn't made... And staff can't explain this strange situation, to prove it - you have no chance due Hotel keep 100 US$.deposit and don't care about truth.

My stay at this apartment met my expectations, actually this is the 2nd time I choosed to stay here.

The location and surroundings were in the mid of KL city and also got nice scenery at night especially the Twin Towers and KL Towers.

I will recommend this apartment villa to friends that who is going travel to KL with families..

Hoping that there will be more promotional rate for weekdays or non-peak season.

One thing is that the main road in front is such a busy road and sometimes it takes longer time for us to pass the road to get into the car park. If possible, I would suggest to provide attendance service that can help on the traffic so that we as the guest of apartment can enter the premise smoothly.

Me & my friends had the most wonderful stay in Holiday Villa. Location is great and easy access to every shopping locations in KL. We had a great view of the KLCC from the balcony, apartment is also cool and clean. Nice balcony too.

Only setback is the one bathroom.

Will be coming back again to Holiday Villa in December 2007.

Good for families! Although its in town but need to get a cab to KLCC and Sungei Wang for shopping.

Shud provide breakfast eventhough book thru internet. Kitchen cabinet sink needs slight repair, Sofa needs to be wash & clean, smell of urine.

Good security with guards on patrol at the car park. A large king-sized bed would be ideal.

The safe deposit box must get fix first before let the guest stay. Some problem with the safe.

Their check-in hour is 1400 eventhough in my booking I put estimate arrival time 0900 to 1100. Hope they can have special arrangement with your company in regard to the arrival check-in time. Overall are prefect

Simply wonderful stay at the excellant property

The TV was not clear and few channels. Lack of Star sports. Found the living room and the bedroom to be small.

need 2 bathroom. only only one bathroom in 2 bed room suites.

the room had a bad odor.

the receptionists seem not friendly. they didn't smile & i have this feeling that I was like a nuisance to them. I didn't feel welcome at all when we checked in. room was very cramped. it was smaller than i expected even for a studio. also, i expected 3 single beds 'coz I booked a triple, we got a double bed with a single on top. it was obvious the room was not prepared to accomodate 3 people.

the bed was good but was 2 single and not 1 king bed
