We were very unimpressed with this hotel

I just love grand hotels like Crown. the room was to 5 stars world standard infact even better.

Bed was described as a KING size but discovered it was two single beds pushed together. Felt that this was unacceptable due to feeling the ridge in the middle of the bed all night/
