Excellent for family.
my son loved to play in the swimming pool with white sand, pirate ship slide etc.

Conveniently located near shopping malls, this apartment is excellent for families spending their vacation at Gold Coast. It is also easy to get to the various theme parks as the bus stops for the public transport are right at the door step.
The beach is just across from the apartment.
If one feels intimidated by the water of the ocean, there's always the pool in the hotel. My kids love the facilities and did not seem to be tire of them. Each day, after a full day at the theme parks, they would still want to spend the last daylight hours at the pool. There's even an indoor heated pool for those who are not too fond of the cold water.
The room is in excellent condition. We cooked at the apartment most evenings when we were there. The crockery and the utensils were well organised in the kitchen within the apartment and I truly enjoyed cooking in the kitchen.
Will definitely stay there again when I next visit Gold Coast.

Overall good. Only the bed got a bit noise when we move our body because the bed will hit the wall and the wall create noises.

Good location and service.

We might need to stay at the higher level to see the view, the level we got just 2nd level and nothing we can enjoy.

Initial impression was fantastic. Great location and views and access to public transport also close enough to tourist destination (I believe).
The room toilet made an enormous noise whilst refilling (need a plumber) the towel rack in the shower was dangerous because it was broken. There was no laundry services to change towels and bed linen as promised.
The pool facilities and the Thai restaurant were the assets of this facility.
The cafe downstairs was too slow on the service and I saw too many complaints of this. (food was average - customer service was excellent by one gentleman only)
The Reception refused to assist me when I asked for a Location Pack (which should have been in the room and it wasn't). I didn't know where to eat, how to travel without seeking this information from other places.
The condition of the window overlooking the pool were filthy and the furniture was dirty and falling apart. Such as shame, this place has such potential.
Due to having several managers about the place - no one manager was prepared to assist in any other resource owned/managed by another management. This was of no assistance to the customer AT ALL.
Change for the Computer, playroom.

We traveled to the Goldcoast so we could take our youngest to the theme parks. After booking everything on line all I had left to do was book a hotel. You think this would have been easy but after several failed attempts at other locations I came across Crown Towers, by this time I was in a bit of a panic so I just booked it not knowing for sure what we were going to get. Well I can tell you it was the most pleasent surprise we all had!! We were overwhelmed by the size and beauty of the place. From the minute we walked through the doors we felt like superstars, the girl at reception helped us book tickets for the parks and organised buses to pick us up, take us there and then bring us back directly to the hotel door, it was fantastic! she even organised the bus to pick us up from the hotel and take us back to the airport when we left. It was really good to know that everything was taken care of for you so all we had to do was relax and enjoy our holiday. The hotel itself is in a perfect location, not to far from the centre of everything( within walking distance ) and with 2 restaurants in the hotel itself you did'nt have to go to far if you did'nt want to, they even have a 24hr menu going so you can get what ever you want and I mean" what ever" you just ring and they deliver it to your door. We can highly recommend this hotel to anyone if your thinking about staying there, you WILL NOT be dissappointed. We will stay there again if we ever go back to Queensland for another holiday only this time I wont have to look at any other places..

We found the hotel excellent the pools (indoor and out) were fantastic. The views from the balconies was great. We had shuttle bus tickets so it was very handy to be picked up right outside our hotel.
The carpet did need cleaning but the gentleman that showed us the room explained that they were going to be cleaned when they could bring a carpet cleaner up to the room when it was vacant.

Great position,very comfortable and great value.

Hotel was located approx 50m from Cavill Ave, which was nice and quiet in the evenings.
Amenities of A1 are excellent and you do have everything you need.
I would recommend A1 to anyone who is travelling to Surfers, whether for business, pleasure, singles and/or familes.

After booking and paying for this accomadation on-line as a surprise birthday present for my husband I was very sceptical about what to expect. I was very pleasantly surprised to find such a lovely accomadation and cant wait to return. I have already recommeded this to all my friends. It was very good value for money and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. two nights was not enough!!
