The facilities are fine. The staff is first class. My gripes have to do with my use of the hotel. The gym equipment needs maintenance. The internet service (at least in my room) is a disaster. The first day it was slow. After that, it did not function at all. My reason to have a drink in the bar is gone. No more popcorn.
