location not as central as expected, but nevertheless it had an attractive position re the river.

I thought the staff were exceptional both in their manner and professionalism.
The breakfast service was great, the food was most enjoyable and the wait staff courteous, efficient and friendly(hang on to them, good staff are very difficult to find in Perth)
I thought the room was a little cramped and the bathroom needs to be updated and could use either a regrouting or more thorough cleaning of the tiles as there did seem to be some black buildup. The hotel is obviously an older building and I therefore felt it was a little overpriced but the friendly efficient and helpful staff made it worthwhile as we were only there for I night.
I have already recommended your hotel to my friends and will definatly stay there again myself in the future.

Not impressed by having to pay an extra $7.50 for valet service and not being allowed to park off the street without paying. The carpet was grubby.

Hotel has great views. Linen had a cigarette burn and was left on bed for 3 days until a complaint was made.

When i Rang the conceierge for information i was told i would be called back, after waiting for an hour and a half i still had no repley.
