Mark at reception was friendly, polite, helpful, and sincere. There was also a lovely girl from the Philippines. On the 7th floor breakfast area, there was Gloria, a lovely, gracious gentle woman. Her children are very lucky! She was assisted by Julie, a pleasant girl from China. The beds were sheer luxury too, and the food was great. We would recommend this hotel to everyone. Rob
