Internet connection was available at the room. It was specified fast access, but I discovered a very slow access specially when sending email. Only Ethernet access was available and no wireless access. This must be specified, since most laptops have integrated wireless connections.

Was not impressed with housekeeping- I phoned regarding an item I left in the room and talked to housekeeping. They said they would get back to me regarding the matter, but I have not been contacted and have thus lost my item!

Our car went to valet parking for the evening and came back to us in the morning covered in bird droppings... Yes the room was ok - basic, the bathroom was lovely, but the bedding configuration was not to my expectation...our 15 year old daughter had a lovely night in her double bed, but my husband & I spent $275-00 on a room in a double bed when we could have stayed at home in our queen size bed. I was awake from 4-00am onwards because I couldn't get comfortable teetering on the edge of the bed. I suppose my expectation of a room for a family would consist of a queen and 1 or 2 singles...I don't know....go figure.

shocking to get into from george st if you dont know where you are, easy to see & find building but inpossible to get access to entrance by car

Shame about the roadworks. but location excellent, could have had map in room to tell you ho to get to Darling Harbour, instead of trying to work it out. Staff service just top class. Hard pillows, no choice of other styles.

One receptionist was rather aggressive when we queried our room booking which did not match our requested room. I had to show the email before she changed our room. This is not a good start to a hotel stay. Other than that the staff were helpful especially the young bell hops who called cabs for us. The pillows were VERY HARD, otherwise very good

excelant customer service of staff, once inside hotel everything of the highest standard, but there was no mention on website of the building work being carried out Mirepresenation on discription of double double, it is not suitable for 4 people, room size is only sufficient for 2 people, only contaions one wardrobe and one drawer not enough storage for 2 people, had to pay for another room so that 2 people could stay in each, deputy manager was very helful and resolved our problem after one night,but was a disapointing start.

Roadworks going on around the entrance spoilt the ambience. It was great..
