The location was right next to Darling Harbor. The people were great. The breakfast buffet was really expensive, good but not worth the money. Overall good hotel.

The staff were very helpful and courteous. The hotel is very central to all the sites that Sydney has to offer. The rooms were spacious, spacy and spotless.

I complained twice while at the hotel, during reakfast I went to get some food and they re allocated my table to a family and I had to leave half way through my breakfast! I had two meals in their restaurant first was expensive and not good quality second was a simple pizza that turned up so burnt they took it back as it was inedible. They did takeit of the billbut hey it was black and burnt. Then the morning after new years eve when I went to bed at 3am they gave me a 6am wake up call I never asked for! Complete bastards and useless. Hotel is only a 2 star and staff are stupid beyond belief.

I had an excellent stay at the Crowne Plaza Darling Harbour; the hotel staff was professional and very helpful; my room was very clean, comfortable and very large; breakfast in the hotel restaurant was good and the wait staff very attentive. For being located next to a very busy thoroughfare, it was also very quiet. Overall, a great experience.

I found the street signage very difficult made worse by the street directory being completely misleading.

The staff assistance over the phone in giving guidance was helpful. The fact is, the staff were helpful in every way.

The Hotel was everything I expected given the room rate, location and facilities.

I would gladly recommend the establisnment.

The views from the bedroom windows are poor in comparison to exectation after reading the web site.

Directions to drive to the hotel were difficult to find/execute but overall an enjoyable experience to recommend - recepitionists also very friendly, helpful and professional The persons servicing the room were considerate of our late mornings and the room/bathroom was well serviced/cleaned

Most impressed! The hotel will certainly be my choice of accommodation while in Sydney. The room was very much too our liking and the room staff did an exceptional job.
