The hotel is absolutely fantastic and I will now always stay there whilst visiting Singapore. The hotel's convenient location made it very easy for accessing connecting flights. In fact after checking out on my first visit to the hotel, I was informed that the flight time of my next flight had been moved forward three hours. I simply walked back to the hotel and the Reception staff gave my original room back to me. On my second visit to the hotel, I was given the same room as requested. Try to get a room on the top floor overlooking the runway, a fantasic experience. The colour scheme in the room was amazing and suitable to male and female travellers.The bathroom motif was indicative of a tropical/asian setting, the lighting was warm and calming. I felt more at home in this hotel than anywhere else I have ever stayed- Try it- Enjoy!

The hotel is in an excellent location for 24hr travellers, Its resturants are good and the facilities in terms of pool and gym as well as the club floor resturant are perfect for me and my staff.

The staff were very courteous and helpful. The room was excellent and the mini bar well stocked. The hotel was a good location if you don't intend to travel to city too often and saved having to carry the heavy suitcases into town! Very convenient for MRT. It was a great 2 night stopover for us and nice to indulge in the luxury of the bathroom and comfortable bed. A welcome opportunity to refresh some weary travellers!

In general the hotel was good, staff very professional and well trained however I was disapointed that the internet was chargable, this should be free for such a high quality hotel so I will find another hotel on my next visit to Singapore in a weeks time.
