A truly reassuring response by the hotel made our stay memorable! excellent room

For an 8 day stay at full rack rate I expected a room with a better view. Everything feels a bit cheap: TV is small. Plastic jug (Which is awkward to fill). No turn down service. No newspaper. feels like budget acomodation (except for bill).
