The hotel location and facilities were excellent for us.
We had breakfast at under layer of chinese restrant doragon boad. It was very good for us.

We often travel to Auckland for a weekend but will not be staying at this hotel again. The traffic noise never died down making it difficult to sleep carpet is stained and bathtub was discolored

We had a problem when checking in but the way the management handled that was exemplary and we would without hesitation return to the hotel with total confidence that the customer is considered important. A truly reassuring response by the hotel made our stay memorable! excellent room

Room standard makes this feel more like a motel than a hotel. For an 8 day stay at full rack rate I expected a room with a better view. Everything feels a bit cheap: TV is small. Plastic jug (Which is awkward to fill). No turn down service. No newspaper. feels like budget acomodation (except for bill).
