Excellent service throughout the hotel, the setting was fantastic, the food was wonderful & staff very helpful.
Top class hotel and I would recommend the Crowne Plaza to anyone who visits Alice Springs.

The hotel location was good. It was central to many of the activities that the city has to offer. Staff were extremly helpful and courteous. The one suggestion that I would like to offer is that I missed breakfast because I slept in and then could not even get a muffin. It would be nice if quick snacks could be purchased all day.

The hotel is very well located. However our room - mountain view - was mostly from the name. As in front of our windows we got huge tree, so could not see mountains too much. That's shame.

The Thai restaurant - very good food.
