We stayed at the The Crown Plaza Hotal the night before an early flight from Heathrow. We arrived early afternoon the day before our flight so the children could use the swimming pool. My husband and I also used the fitness centre. We had an evening meal in the hotel restaurant, which was both delicious and served beautifully by the restaurant staff.

Throughout our stay the hotel staff were helpful, pleasant and polite. All in all an excellent location with great facilities for a family. We would have no hesitation in staying at the Crown Plaza Hotel again next time we fly out of Heathrow.

It is an excellent hotel. Dollar for dollar (or pound for pound) it was better value than the Royal Lancaster in Central London where we stayed for 10 days. A very comfortable nice room;
