delay in getting room was disapointing,waited until after 3 pm

The customer service we recieved at the crown was below standard. we were given the wrong room, spoken to very rudely, and just given very poor customer service which took an hour to sort out. We were very unimpressed with this hotel

I am a frequent traveler, and so far this hotel has to be one of the top 3 hotels i have checked-in in Australia, even better than Versace on the Gold Coast. I just love grand hotels like Crown. the room was to 5 stars world standard infact even better.

Thought that a CD player could have been provided in the room for listening pleasure and the option to play own music. Bed was described as a KING size but discovered it was two single beds pushed together. Felt that this was unacceptable due to feeling the ridge in the middle of the bed all night/

The people were always friendly and every thing was top notch. The free drinks and complimentary breakfast was a bonus surprise the suite was huge and had an awesome view

I had a fantastic time, the only complaint was the cost of a phonecall, which was unbelievably expensive? It was luxurious and spacious

I've stayed at the Crown Towers Hotel 3 times now, each time I have stayed on the 7th floor. I asked upon check in if I was able to have a higher floor, but each time I have been told sorry not available. My only disappointment is that I would have at least one of the three times I have been I would have liked to have stayed on a higher floor.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was fine, the view could have been better though.
