the room maybe small in size, but appropriate for sleeping ... purposes.

overall: the staff are couteous and nice.
the location of the hotel is very suitable for those hard-shoppers. ... The road-crossing is a bit dangerous though but there's not much the hotel can do i believe.
i havent encountered any untoward incidents during my stay there.
the internet service is excellent! it is free.
the tv channels should be added more on foreign languages and the type of programmes.
toiletteries is very good.
if i were to come to makati, i will stay here again.

overall a positive experience, with comfortable rooms. some maintenance issues arose e. G. Internet in my ... room would not function. although the maintenance staff (who arrived promptly) were unable to resolve this for me, palatible alternatives were provided.
in the context of the hotel location, it did provide good value for money, with proximity to shopping and transport.
