The checking-in process was adequately efficient..not as quick as our last stay there but understandable since they had a large group & conference going on. Otherwise, the rest of our stay was good. HolidayCity did a great job with our booking & we had no problems whatsoever checking in or out.

This hotel is conveniently located at the business center of Makati where one can just walk accross the shopping malls.

The staff were ok as they were cordial with us guests.
The room maybe small in size, but appropriate for sleeping purposes.

The staff are friendly and courteous at all times.

The coffee house staff are excellent personnel who are always ready to serve you and smiling always.

Food is great too. Great place to return on my next vist. very convenient location nearby to all the shopping complexes. Special appreciation to your coffee house staff...Faisal, Wilson, Irwin and the lady behind the bar...she is pregnant... will come back to your hotel the next time. Best regards.

FRONT DESK/COUNTER: THEY ARE NICE BUT THEY HAVE TO BE EFFECTIVE IN PRODUCING DOCUMENTS SUCH AS RECEIPTS TO CUSTUOMER.

OVERALL: THE STAFF ARE COUTEOUS AND NICE.

THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL IS VERY SUITABLE FOR THOSE HARD-SHOPPERS. THE ROAD-CROSSING IS A BIT DANGEROUS THOUGH BUT THERE'S NOT MUCH THE HOTEL CAN DO I BELIEVE.

I HAVENT ENCOUNTERED ANY UNTOWARD INCIDENTS DURING MY STAY THERE.

THE INTERNET SERVICE IS EXCELLENT! IT IS FREE.

THE TV CHANNELS SHOULD BE ADDED MORE ON FOREIGN LANGUAGES AND THE TYPE OF PROGRAMMES.

TOILETTERIES IS VERY GOOD.

IF I WERE TO COME TO MAKATI, I WILL STAY HERE AGAIN.

The hotel service was competent and well informed. Staff dealt with requests and difficulties in a thorough and dilligent manner.

Overall a positive experience, with comfortable rooms. Some maintenance issues arose e.g. internet in my room would not function. Although the maintenance staff (who arrived promptly) were unable to resolve this for me, palatible alternatives were provided.

In the context of the hotel location, it did provide good value for money, with proximity to shopping and transport.
