Further the "hold" on the account was not lifted after we had paid (b/c we later found out we had paid with another card). Our complaint was dealt with pleasantly and promptly by the team leader the following week. A dirty rag was left on the couch but otherwise very good.

Very impressed, the hotel is equal to any in the world, and better than most!
