There is now a new complimentary shuttle to the city, which makes the hotel even more attractive for me. Stops at 4 locations arnd the city grid. Departs hourly from both Crown Promenade & Tower. Big plus when laden with shopping, or when weather is not the best.

Access to heart of city is not very convenience as certain city roads were close for repair making trams inaccessible at the time we were there. Bathroom, although don't have a bath, but appreciated the thoughts put into the modern construction detailing.

they tried to charge me for services I did not use this was picked up at checkout by myself however they still sent me the charge. It then took three phone calls and one email(which they did not reply to)to get my money back

My wife had a minor accident ( head hit against bed side table and sustained a cut across eye brow) at 3 oclock in the morning. Hotel staff and a very competent first aider attended immediately and appropriate treatment was given. We are very impressed and grateful for this extra service. Good view, very relaxing and very clean
