I can't wait to come back and stay. Housekeeping is top of the line, prompt and somehow exactly knows when you're out to keep it clean and ready when you get back. Feels like home. Ground staffs are undeniably friendly but discreet to give a feeling of privacy like your own home. The bar and the restaurant certainly need more staff during busy hours but can feel they are trying their best to provide you a good service. Keep up!

Had an amazing weekend, the views were absolutly stunning and the room was very clean. Would definitly come again :)

The hotel was very clean & comfortable. The staff were fantastic & very accommodating to the visitors we received while staying there. This was not my first stay there & it won't be my last.

The resturant was closed on two evenings for special functions and we feel we should have been told about this upon arrival Your staff were very helpful and friendly through out our stay

Perfect location. Would love to come back. Magnificent "Big" bed. Soooooo comfortable. Great views. Lovely bathroom.

Very comfortable rooms (no bath!) Everything we required was there, and it suited our needs

We made a complaint to the management about the holding over our bank account of the room cost and $100. this was not explained to us and we were put in an embarrassing situation in a restaurant that evening. Further the "hold" on the account was not lifted after we had paid (b/c we later found out we had paid with another card). Our complaint was dealt with pleasantly and promptly by the team leader the following week. A dirty rag was left on the couch but otherwise very good.

Hotel and room security was very good, there is a safe feel to the hotel. Very impressed, the hotel is equal to any in the world, and better than most!

Service in most cases was good; but not all. (1)the room service menu in the room was not up to date. After spending 20 minutes deciding on my meal and ordering it, I then got a call back 10 minutes later to say the wine I had selected was not on the new menu, which would be delivered to the room in a day or so's time. Also, the fine thatb was finally delivered was not the wine I finally ordered. Further the food was of poore standard an. (2) Regarding check in, I was not told that I would need to swipe it in the lift in order to get to my floor. After five minutes of repeatedly pushing the floor button, I wws fortunate that a staff member came in and advised me what to do. (3) The wrong newspaper was delivered to my room. (4) On check out, I advised the clerk during the payment transaction that my bags were still in my room. Despite that he still locked me out of my room by cancelling my room access card.

The faciliites and location were excellent. However we did order cocktails off the menu in the Tonic Bar and the bar staff had trouble making them. At $13 a pop you would expect them to be experienced in this. The bed was extremely comfortable but the pillows were not.

The staff were very helpful. We had a lovely view and I was very impressed with the size of the room.

Hope hotel will provide sandles.
