The staff were fabulous. Very helpful and courteous. Our every need was catered for. The hotel is placed perfectly for seeing the sights of Melbourne and is decorated in a very tasteful manner. The amenties are ample and the hotel obviously aims to suit all echelons of patrons. We had a wonderful stay and would most certainly visit again.

Hotel is actuall the Crown Plaza (formerly the Holiday Inn). Very nice hotel! Much better than the Holiday Inn on Flinders Street just down the road.
