Not in the best location, but not too far out of town either. The picture on the internet, makes it a look much better place than reality.... but it's an OK place. The staff were very helpful, and informative, we didn't eat so can't comment on that.... Would I recommend it - probably not cos there are much nicer places to stay but it does it's job.

The bed was very comfortable, and the valet parking service paticularly appreciated. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff attentive. Matches up to the best in international hotel standards GR

Both times it was we were going to adjacent theatres. Primarily the main attribute was location to theatres, but after the first visit we were very impressed with the hotel generally, location, courteousness of the staff, quietness, price etc. We will not hesitate to stay there next time that we visit Melbourne.

The ironing board was missing the foam underlay which made ironing impossible.
