Hotel was in a perfect location for our needs. Hotel was clean and room very satisfactory.

It's an OK hotel. Not in the best location, but not too far out of town either. The picture on the internet, makes it a look much better place than reality.... but it's an OK place.
The staff were very helpful, and informative, we didn't eat so can't comment on that.... Would I recommend it - probably not cos there are much nicer places to stay but it does it's job.

We found the hotel to be very good value, and well located. The bed was very comfortable, and the valet parking service paticularly appreciated. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff attentive.

This was the second time we stayed at the Crossley in about 4 Months.
Both times it was we were going to adjacent theatres.
Primarily the main attribute was location to theatres, but after the first visit we were very impressed with the hotel generally, location, courteousness of the staff, quietness, price etc.
We will not hesitate to stay there next time that we visit Melbourne.

NOISE main problem TV didnt work

On the website it's not specified that parking is not free. The ironing board was missing the foam underlay which made ironing impossible.

Lighting was poor

We were delighted with the location to the theatre. It made our stay in Melbourne extra special being so close to the theatre.We have already recommended this venue to friends. it was good for us, comfortable, clean and good size.

Small hotel with miniature foyer and few if any facilites. In line with city hotels rather expensive for what you get Modern room with good layout and facilities for its small size. Great for a short stay
